My SOLE journey begins! (and no I don't mean my "soul")

Lately I have been feeling the clock catch up with me? 
 Is there anyone else out there can RELATE?

being one who takes her own health into her hands I have started my 
SOLE journey
(pronounced Solay)  
 and am so excited to share this with you for the amazing benefits of this fairly simple inexpensive way to replenish my body.

So you ready to join me?  

1. Fill a glass with 1/4 ground or chuck Himalayan salt. (I used this product found at the health food store for under $10) Add filtered water to almost the top of your glass jar. DO NOT USE METAL LIDS OR SPOONS but cover jar. You can use a baggie if that is all you have. 
2. Let sit over night. If salt is dissolved in the am- add more salt. If you still see crystals or ground salt at the bottom you are good! smile emoticon
3. Take 1 tsp upon waking. You do this by adding it to a glass of water. You can also add lemon juice (pure) for extra benefits. 

                                            IMPORTANT NO FOOD OR DRINK BEFORE DOING THIS!
